No. We provide referral and linkage to external Suboxone and Methadone clinics only. Nothing is dispensed or administered on-site, no oral medication, no injectable medication programs, in either the Partial Care day program or the Substance Use evening program. What we do is coordinate: connecting you to a licensed medication provider while your counseling continues here.

With your consent, your program here and your medication provider stay aligned, so nobody works blind and you are not the one carrying messages between them.
Medication-assisted treatment can be a legitimate part of recovery from opioid use disorder. Run beside counseling that knows nothing about it, it does less than it should. Keeping the two coordinated, with clear roles, is the honest version of this care.
Medication alone doesn't teach relapse prevention, rebuild coping skills, or address the co-occurring mental health conditions that often drive use.

Yes. Many clients in Substance Use Services receive medication from an external clinic while attending our evening IOP or OP. We coordinate the two, with your consent.

Our NJ DMHAS licenses cover Partial Care for behavioral health and IOP/OP for substance use, not medication dispensing. We'd rather state that boundary clearly than blur it.
